On June 21 and 22 the leaders of the E.U. states will meet in Sevilla, in one more moment in the chain of the imperious ceremonies that coordinate and validate the economic, social, political and military projects of this globalization that is imposed by the bosses’ initiative... Of this campaign which seeks to unify the world by its capitalist and militaristic colonization, in the bonds of control and class oppression, of alienation and looting of the people and nature. A campaign that comes in conflict with any potential to globalize the world from below, as this is emerging through the will to destroy all those borders, divisions and restrictions that Authority uses in order to keep people subdued. In this sense, the Sevilla summit is one more chance for the expression of this antagonism that from Seattle and Prague to Genoa and Barcelona keeps disturbing the “reasoning” of social peace... Of this antagonism that today is intensifying from the bosses’ side with their storming “war against terrorism” and the empire’s dogma “whoever is not with us is against us”...

The European State is an essential body in the promotion of capitalist globalization and an ally with vital interests in the “antiterrorist” crusade of the New Order. Thus, the meeting of the EU leaders has in the agenda all these choices that characterize their attack outside and inside the european fortress: Proceeding with the creation of european border police in order to intensify the already murderous operations against refugees and immigrants, to handling the diplomatic front of the war and from securing the economic possession of the “third world” to the economic integration in Europe and the state totalitarianism of new terror-laws...

Authority, and wealth as its instrument, that the western elites and their fellows in local ruling classes posses, is reflected upon the looted populations of the planet... On the modern slaves who work in the multinationals’ factories that are spread in the poorest places, on the hostageship of the immigrants who are depended on the small and big bosses, on the suffocating conditions that led to the revolt in Argentina.... The security of world dominators -both in the sense of imposing a “balance” which will allow them to exploit effectively people and natural sources and in the sense of armoring themselves against explosions of unprivileged populations- is reflected on the ruins of Jenin, the bombardments in Afghanistan, the thousands of dead in Iraq, the raid in the Balkans...

This offensive strategy is certainly not exhausted in the periphery of the West: In Prison-Europe, the attack of the capitalist crusade is founded on the galleys of labor, on the ghettos of unemployment for the proletarians, on an environment built in order to succeed total subjection in the blackmail of survival. On all these models of flexible and “black” labor, on the sacking of any supposed guarantees the state was offering in order to justify its existence, like health, social security, education... Those who are incorporated in the system exist in order to present it as legitimate and the web of the socially excluded is spreading, and so are the methods of social control and preventive repression to confront them: cities occupied by police troops, guarded business and governmental zones, surveillance systems...

The fact that Europe functions as a basis for operations in the periphery dictates the urgent need that its internal societies are completely police-ridden and militarized, in all ways, so that any possible de-stabilization from social and class revolts will be wiped out. The expressions of militant resistance that were already facing repression and murderous state violence -as it's happened in Gotemburg and in Genoa with the assassination of Carlo Giuliani- are now to be even more targeted. The meaning "terrorism" is expanded, in order to include all those forms of struggle that are directed AGAINST the regime, data bases are created to enlist the "dangerous" for state security and european terror laws are built to conform or exterminate the social and class enemies inside the european red zone of domination.

The greek state is part of the Fortress-Europe reality. Its participation in the military machine of NATO, the murderous way it confronts the masses of immigrants and refugees who are trying to reach its borders, its diplomatic role in the war in the Balkans before and in the Middle East now, are only some of the parts that have bought it a nice place in the hierarchy of world domination. Inside the borders, neoliberal policies are imposed firmly, repressing social resistance against them, new laws consolidate state violence and new high security prisons are being prepared to host the "undesirable populations". The gap between state projects and social consent is supposedly covered by poor ideologies, like modernization and development, "national ideals", such as the Olympic Games of 2004 and by a carefully cultivated insecurity within the "war on criminality".

For the bosses, launching an ideological attack that will serve them to keep the oppressed divided is equally important with imposing conditions of massive degradation and social control... From the most conservative to the most considered as progressive "values" are called forth, in order to persuade us that we have much more in common with our bosses than with our brothers and sisters in the same city or -mainly- in the other side of the world. Degenerating concepts, such as parliamentary democracy, the western civilization with its respect to "human rights", a lifestyle that's based on domestication and consumption, pacifism, are all used to guarantee our confusion, indifference or consent to the crimes of the authoritarian war. Nationalisms -or the other way around: the reactionary identification with democratic-states' fascism in front of the "danger of the rightwing"- are of the last rotten ideologies unburied from their grave to rally round them all those cannibalistic social milieus that have lost any point of reference in real collectivity.

For us, either when we fight in the every-day fronts of social war or in the wider grounds of the internationalist movement against global domination, it is essential to reject any identity that renders the proletarians of the West accomplices in the crimes of their own bosses... To refuse any supposed proposal of resistance that seeks to negotiate with -and reform- a murderous system, any proposal that recognizes some space to make peace with it. That's why we are also fighting against the manipulation of the struggle from political parties, trade unions, NGO's, and any other structural repressive, hierarchical and mediating structure, who cares mostly for its own survival and positions of power, undermining the case of liberation and the struggle for a world without borders and states, without exploitation and oppression. That's why we move in the direction of self-organization and direct action... That's why we transfer our own war inside the social concentration camp of those who launched it against the whole world...
